Identity verification is required before you can play with Soprize Cash, buy Gold Coins, or redeem Soprize Cash for cash prizes. Gold Coin play stays open while you are unverified.
How Verification Works
We use an automated identity-verification flow that takes a couple of minutes to complete.
Steps to Verify
- Start verification from the Identity Verification section of your Profile. You are also prompted automatically when you try to play with Soprize Cash, buy Gold Coins, or redeem.
- Follow the on-screen prompts:
- Take a photo of your US government photo ID
- Take a quick selfie so we can match it to your ID
- Your result is shown automatically. If your verification needs a manual review, your status shows as under review until a decision is made.
Supported Documents
A valid, unexpired, US-issued government photo ID:
- Driver's License
- State ID Card
- Passport
Tips for a Smooth Verification
- Use your real, physical ID — not a screen, screenshot, or photocopy
- Keep the whole ID in frame, flat and in focus
- Use good lighting with no glare
- Make sure your details are clearly readable and match your account
- For the selfie, keep your face well lit — no sunglasses, hats, or glasses
Welcome Bonus
Verifying unlocks a one-time welcome bonus, credited to your wallet automatically once you are approved. The current amount is shown on the verification screen.
Verification Status
Check your verification status in your Profile. You will receive a notification once your identity has been verified. If your verification could not be completed, the verification screen explains why and, where possible, lets you try again; otherwise, contact support.
