We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and any remaining Gold Coin balance may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
