Frequently asked questions about the affiliate program
How much can I earn? There is no cap on earnings. You earn a signup reward for each qualified referral plus ongoing commission from their Soprize Cash play. The more active referrals you have, the more you earn.
Is there a limit on referrals? No. You can refer unlimited players.
Can I refer myself? No. Self-referrals are not allowed and will not count.
Can I refer family members? Yes, as long as each person is a real, separate player using their own account. Fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited and can lead to account suspension.
How is commission calculated? You earn a share of the house edge on every Soprize Cash bet your referrals place. It is based on the amount wagered, not the result of the bet, so it is never negative. Gold Coin play does not earn commission.
When do I earn the signup reward? As soon as the referral qualifies: email verification, identity verification, and a qualifying purchase (the minimum is shown on the Affiliate Program page).
How do I claim commission? Open the Affiliate Program page and switch to the Commissions tab. When you have unclaimed commission, click Transfer to Wallet — it is credited instantly. There is a 1-hour cooldown between transfers.
What if my referral wins big? Nothing changes for you. Commission is based on the amount wagered, so a win does not reduce it and your pending balance is unaffected.
Do I earn commission forever? There is no time limit. As long as your referrals keep playing with Soprize Cash and their referral stays active, you keep earning.
How do I level up? Get more qualified referrals. Each tier has a minimum referral threshold — cross it and you are upgraded automatically.
Can I lose my tier? No. Once you reach a tier you keep it.
Does my tier affect existing referrals? Yes. A tier upgrade raises the commission rate on future play from all referrals, not just new ones.
What are campaigns? Campaigns are separate tracking links for different channels (YouTube, Twitter, blog, etc.). They let you see which channel produces the most referrals.
Do campaigns affect my earnings? No. Campaigns only add tracking. Your earnings are identical whether a referral arrives via your main link or a campaign link.
My referral signed up but is not showing as qualified. They still need to complete every requirement: email verification, identity verification, and a qualifying purchase.
My commission is not showing up. Commission is tracked in real time but may take a few minutes to appear in the dashboard. Only Soprize Cash play earns commission. Check the Commissions tab.
The Transfer to Wallet button is not available. You need unclaimed commission, and at least 1 hour must have passed since your last transfer. If you are in the cooldown, the time remaining is shown next to the button.
