Getting Free Soprize Cash by Mail (No Purchase Necessary)

No purchase is ever necessary to receive Soprize Cash. Alongside daily rewards, achievements, promotions, referrals, and other free methods, you can request free Soprize Cash by mail — our Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE).

Soprize Cash received by mail carries the same terms as Soprize Cash obtained by purchase, including the same playthrough requirement, before it can be redeemed. The current figure is shown on the Mail-in Requests page, in the Official Rules, and in your wallet.

How to Request by Mail

1. Open the Mail-in Requests page at /mail-in and log in.
2. Generate a request code. Each code is valid for a limited time (the expiry date is shown next to the code), and you can generate another code after a short waiting period.
3. On a plain white card or piece of paper at least 4" x 6", hand-write your request (printed, typed, or photocopied requests are not accepted) including:
   • Your full legal name
   • The email address on your Soprize account
   • Your complete return mailing address
   • Your date of birth
   • Your unique request code
   • The affirmation statement shown on the Mail-in Requests page, copied out by hand
4. Mail it in its own standard (#10) envelope with first-class postage to the address shown on the Mail-in Requests page.
5. Once we receive and verify your request, the Soprize Cash is credited to the account tied to your code, and you will get a notification.

Good to Know

• Each request code is single-use — one code per envelope.
• Requests that are incomplete, not handwritten, sent after the code expires, or that do not match your registered account details are void.
• The amount credited per valid request is shown on the Mail-in Requests page.
• Standard eligibility (US residents 18+, outside restricted states) and redemption rules apply.
