Redeeming Soprize Cash

Soprize Cash is the only redeemable currency. Gold Coins are virtual entertainment and have no cash value. SC redeems at 1 SC = $1 USD.

Eligibility Requirements

• Playthrough met. Soprize Cash must be played through before it can be redeemed. Bonus Soprize Cash can carry a higher requirement than Soprize Cash that comes with a purchase — your outstanding requirement and progress are shown in your wallet. SC wagers on table and live-dealer games (such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, craps, and sic bo) don't count toward playthrough; the game page tells you when a game doesn't count.
• Identity verified. You must complete identity verification with a valid government-issued U.S. ID before you can redeem.

Redemption Limits

• Minimum and maximum: set per payout method and shown on the Redeem page when you enter an amount.
• Frequency: the number of redemptions you can make in a rolling time window is limited. If you've reached the limit, the Redeem page shows a countdown until you can redeem again.

How to Redeem

1. Go to the Redeem page (in the Wallet section of the sidebar)
2. Choose your payout method — redemptions are paid to your debit card. Credit cards can't receive payouts.
3. Enter the amount of Soprize Cash to redeem (1 SC = $1 USD)
4. Confirm the request — the SC is deducted from your balance and the payout is sent to your card

Common Issues

Can't redeem Soprize Cash?

• Your Soprize Cash must have met its playthrough requirement
• Your identity verification must be complete
• Your amount must be within the minimum and maximum for your payout method
• You may have reached the redemption limit — the countdown shows when you can redeem again

Payout failed?

• If a payout can't be completed, the Soprize Cash is returned to your balance
• Make sure you're using a debit card, not a credit card
• Status updates appear in your wallet transaction list
